The problem is that my kids always running far away from us and cell phones got no signal up in the mountain; with these walkie talkies, I can keep in touch with my kids. We didn't test out the mile limit for this product, and I always got connection with my kids. They work really good.

The radio works as advertised.Other than that, the radio look, feels, and sounds great. But I want to mainly highlight the wonderful customer service. When I received the radio, the battery pack had something loose inside and would rattle when I shake it. This was concerning since it could be a fire hazard in the future. I reached out to the seller and they promptly sent me a new battery. That battery works with no issues. Great product, excellent customer service.
