Better than anything you'll find at your regular retailer and for a *much* cheaper price to boot. I've had two of these over the past few years to use at work with both walmart and target. Battery life is great, pairs nicely with various other walkie systems provided you have the frequencies and dcs/ctcss codes and having easily replaceable components is an absolute must have. I have mine set up with a stub antenna and two 3800 mAh batteries, each one will last me over a week before I have to charge them. They've taken every drop like a champ and aside from some wear on the buttons after over a year of use, there's almost no visible damage on my unit itself.
Customer support at Retevis is absolutely amazing too, I remember emailing them a few years ago looking for a replacement belt clip for another one of their walkies and they responded within 5 minutes.. at 3AM my time! Treated me like I was the best customer I ever had. Can't recommend their products enough.

Bought these for test track use with autonomous vehicle research team. They perform so well bought them for home use too. Good quality and performance with fast order processing and delivery.
Quality of these walkie-talkies is much better than the cheaper ones you can get at Walmart. These are clear and crisp and you don't sound like a perverted maniac when trying to talk into one of these. Love them. Would order again.
Units work really good. Had to order a program cable so I could get all 5 radios together. Radios really light and compact. Had one of the ear transmit system that is not working well. If I have a need for more of these radios, this is what I will buy again.😊
The radios work really well. They were delivered in a timely manner and the packaging they came in was impressive. I use these radios for training purposes at the squad level in the army. They work well at a decent range with hills and mountains in between radios. Only thing I would like to improve on these radios is to have the option to replace the standard antennae with a longer antennae to push the range out a little further. Overall, they are worth the money. I plan on ordering more in the future.
We initially purchased 4 of these radios for one of our construction crews and after using them for approximately a week I asked the lead how they were performing? He told me that they were working so well and that he had mentioned it to another one of our crews and sub-sequentially I ordered 6 more of them. We are VERY pleased with these units so far. The main reason that I purchased these for the crews, is that it assists with them being SAFER while performing some of their tasks.

Great radio. The transmissions are clear. The manual needs to be better but there are great Youtube videos on configuration.
Radios worked really well for my company the range is great very durable with a durable shoulder mic... programming was easy with cable and got all my favorite scanner codes in there as well will be busing again in the future.. The only thing is the belt clip would like to see a better clip or a different holster for the radio
