We use these for church security. They work ok most of the time. I wish there was a way to program them to beep when the PTT is keyed. Having issues training the guys to pause before talking plus we have occasional issues of accidental keying for long periods of time
COMCAM
The RT-26 radio I received had good power and signal strength/range but the audio transmitted had very "low volume." There was no improvement when using an external microphone, so it was obviously an internal issue. Customer service contacted me right away and quickly replaced my defective RT-26 with a similar spec Retevis RT-1. The replacement RT-1 radio I received is loud and clear TX/RX and I am very happy with it. Thank you Retevis Direct!!!
