Only had an opportunity to give them a quick test but the range and clarity appears to be very good. One of the antennas that came with the radios would not screw into the radio. I contacted customer service and they eventually took care of the situation. Looking forward to trying them out at an event.

I ordered some of the new RT21 to replace some of our old model R888's. They work great! They operate on the same channels as the R888 so we were able to communicate between the old and new radios. I would highly recommend the RT21 to any business looking for a small economical radio. We use these in a large distribution center and we can communicate anywhere including drive in freezers, coolers, and flammable rooms. We use these for a full 8 hour shift and have no issues with battery life.

Greatest walkie-talkie set ever, but the battery didn't work after I got it, I gave up trying, but recently I was able to switch the batteries around and get the battery working. I also loved the little gadgets it came with.

One of the ear pieces did not work, direction hard to understand, if any changes need to be done must down load from Internet, these directions are even harder to follow, I've been in contact with customer service, they did send a replacement ear piece.

My son has enjoyed these Walkie talkies so much that his dad bought him a set of 6 more. His friends are crazy over them. When there are a bunch of children around it really gets fun when he gets to use them all at once.
